Kathryn Whitman
Partner, Architect and Project Manager

Kathryn is a licensed architect and brings her design expertise to every project, whether assisting clients with product selection or helping to convey the intent of another architect’s drawings to the Quatrefoil construction crew. She oversees the administrative aspects of each job from scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and submittals to shop drawings, ordering of materials, and invoicing. Kathryn has 15 years of experience as an Associate of the NYC architecture firm PBDW, where she specialized in residential home design and historic preservation. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects and a LEED Accredited Professional. As well, she completed the RESTORE program for masonry restoration. Kathryn has a BArch from The Cooper Union and a BA from Mount Holyoke College.

Michael Whitman
Partner, General Contractor

Mike oversees the construction team, regularly consulting with the site superintendents and carpenters for each project through all phases of construction. He holds the team to the highest standards of execution, fit, and finish. Directing the Quatrefoil team of skilled carpenters and sub-contractors, he coordinates all steps to ensure the project is on track. Mike’s previous experience includes years of performing high-end construction, renovation, and restoration work for commercial and residential clients in New York City. His professional certifications include Window Installation Masters, EPA Lead Renovators, and Energy Star Certified Home Builders.
