Our Design + Build service offers architectural and interior design and construction services through one team, working together to eliminate conflicts or miscommunications that may arise when various entities come together on a project, often for the first time. When design and construction are done in concert, the team knows one another and streamlines their efforts toward a successful project. Designers are attuned to product cost, availability, and leadtimes and specify products with the schedule and project flow in mind. Questions and decisions can be made quickly and informally in-house, to keep the work moving ahead. Shorter timelines and more efficient budgets are possible.
Design
Our highly creative design team is likely to be as excited about your project as you are. Led by architect Kathryn Whitman of Kathryn Whitman Architecture PLLC, we design new homes, renovations, kitchens, and bathrooms. We are devotees of high end finishes, which we source and supply for you. We strive to create surroundings that are personal to you, yet may push the envelope of your established style. The results will surprise and inspire you. Working side by side with our construction crew, we remain well aware of the constructability and cost implications of each design decision and will guide you accordingly. Our expertise extends to lighting, furnishings, and draperies, so we can advise on all aspects of your interiors.
Build
Whether you are working with your own architect or our in-house design team, we will build your project as if it were our own. We remain mindful of your priorities—perhaps an energy-efficient home, a low-maintenance exterior, or allergy-free interior finishes. In rare cases, we may be able to honor an accelerated schedule, completing the project in time to welcome a new baby or host a family wedding. While addressing your goals, we always stay true to our own high standard—to deliver the highest quality fit and finish for every project.
