Quatrefoil, in collaboration with GO Logic, constructed a weekend home built to Passive House Standards for optimal energy efficiency. Shop-built, insulated wall panels were erected on site over an insulated slab, shortening construction time in the field. A simple Cape style, modest triple-glazed windows, a metal roof, and polished concrete floors make this low-maintenance home a minimalist’s haven.
