Working within the footprint of this 1920s Craftsman, our Design + Build team added living space by reconfiguring the back porch over a new foundation. To convert the attic level into a private bedroom suite, we added sprinklers, a south-facing dormer, and a rear addition. A new carriage house, gunite pool, and manicured grounds complete this mini-estate in a charming village.
