Our Design + Build team has appointed this home over successive projects, adding a luxurious air to the developer style, which now has every comfort. We began with a whole house renovation, including new kitchen, bar, and bathrooms before the owners moved in. Next, we built a large wrap-around porch for outdoor dining and gatherings. In the third phase, we finished the basement, adding an entertainment room, a gym, a second kitchen, an office, and a large, designer dressing room. We are currently designing a glass-enclosed expansion to the living room and a screened porch off the primary bedroom.
